Design Thinking and “feedback loops” in a Family Business
How do you bring design thinking into a small family enterprise? How do you create both a formal business system of feedback loops as well as a culture of customer centered work?
I was called into this project because the client recognized the need to increase their online presence as well as help with strategy for new media in terms of type and content. Through our conversations the client soon realized there were a number of areas that could be improved.
